Do you only make 1-inch buttons?
At this time, the answer is yes; we only make 1-inch buttons.

Can I order more than 5,000 buttons?
Production time may be a bit longer than the standard order time. Let us know how many you need, and we will get you a quote.

What forms of payment can I use for my secure, online purchase?
Acceptable forms of payment for secure, online purchases are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, E-Check, and PayPal.

Can I cancel my order?
You have up to 48 hours to cancel your order for a full refund. After that time, we will have more than likely begun artwork production. If you would like to cancel your order after that 48-hour window, you will be charged a $5 cancellation fee plus the cost of used materials.

Do you accept international orders?
We are currently only taking orders from within the continental United States.

Can I place my order now and give you the artwork later?
By all means, yes. Once you feel your design is ready, just visit our artwork upload page at the link below:

What if I do not have any artwork but I have an idea?
Contact our graphics department; we will be glad to assist you. Since all design ideas are different, we will give you your own, personal quote.

Can you print on sleeves and other areas?
Yes, we can—provided that the image does not cross over seams. To avoid additional charges, the image must be able to fit on the entire range of sizes in your order.

Can I print on various shirt colors in the same order?
Yes—providing that the artwork stays the same, it is not a problem. Ink color changes are an additional charge.

Can you do specialty printing like "glow in the dark" ink?
Absolutely. Many specialty inks will require an up charge. We carry quite a bit of specialty inks including: Puff Ink, Suede Effect, Glow in the Dark, Fluorescents, Sparkles, and Crystallina.

Do you offer Pantone Color matches?
Yes, we do. We do carry a one-time up charge fee for any ink mixing. Pantone colors can vary slightly from garment to garment.

Can I print on a variety of products?
We can print on just about anything. As long as it lays flat and stays still, we can find a way. Printing is difficult on items that refuse to stay still (e.g. cats—cats are difficult to print on).

Can your screen print 4-color process artwork?
Yes, we can. This is a specialty printing process that will require a custom quote. Please contact us for more details.

Can you print over the zipper on a hoodie?
No, we cannot. We recommend that you allow a 1-inch margin on each side of the zipper. Many of the designs you see that cover the full fronts of zip-up hoodies are printed before the garment has been fully assembled.

How large can you print my image?
For full fronts and full backs, we can print as large as 12.5" x 17.5". For sleeves, we can print up to 4.5".

Can I supply my own apparel?
At this time, we are not accepting customer supplied apparel. We have a strict quality-control policy, and occasionally we have some prints that do not make the cut. The last thing we want to do is ruin some customer-supplied garments and have no way to replace them.

I need a shirt of a specific brand or style. Are you flexible on this?
Most of the time, this is not a problem. Our quoting systems and price charts are based on Gildan, but that does not mean we are limited to just Gildan. We have a wide variety of apparel companies to choose from. Contact us through the site, or call, and we will get you an answer.

What shirt brands do you use?
We love Gildan; they are durable, sized appropriately, and have not been known to shrink. However, we will print on whatever your heart desires.

I need shirts, but can't draw to save my life. Can you help?
Yes—for sure. We have a talented staff on hand that can assist you in the design process. Whether it is an idea in your head or a sweet stick figure drawing from a game of Pictionary, we can take your vision the next level.

Is there a charge for artwork that needs adjustments?
All orders come with one (1) free hour of graphic assistance. If your artwork will take more than an hour to create, we will let you know before we move any further.

If I upload my design, who owns the rights to the artwork/idea?
You retain the rights to all images and designs that you upload to our or site or email. We do not claim ownership of any artwork that is submitted by the customer. At times, we ask customers for use of printed artwork for advertisement and portfolio purposes only. Please submit only original, non-copyright material.

What is your policy on printing copyright or trademarked materials?
Providing that you have proof of the ownership of the image or design, we can print it. If you don't, it is not going to happen.

What kind of artwork is best suited for screen printing?
Vector-based graphics are the best—no doubt! Vectors can be built using Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. However, raster images can come out great, too, providing that the color separations are done correctly. If you are completely lost from reading the above answer, upload your design, and we will get it figured out.

What type of file formats do you accept?
We currently accept the following:
Adobe Illustrator (Version CS and higher), Adobe Photoshop (Version CS and higher), Corel Draw (Version 11 or higher), EPS, Adobe PDF*, JPG*, BMP*,GIF*, TIF*, and PNG* (* = these files must be at a resolution of 300dpi or greater).

How can I be sure that it is safe to use my credit card on your website?
Our payment feature on the website is powered by PayPal [more info on PayPal]. PayPal features SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology which insures a safe transaction.

Do I pay up front and how?
All web orders require payment in full before the design phase begins. We will be in contact with you via email or by phone to guide you through the payment process.
